Every directory wants the same 8 things, and they have to match exactly everywhere — same spelling, same phone, same suite number. Google treats a mismatch as two different companies. Copy them from here rather than typing them again.

Cranes out on rental are billed by the month. This builds the invoice from the rental record — customer, machine, and the period — so the wording is the same every time.
Send it to the accountant
