BCS wireless zoom cameras are rugged, high-visibility camera systems for tower cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, harbour equipment and other lifting applications — sealed to IP67 and nitrogen filled, at a cost that lets you fit the whole fleet rather than 1 machine.

What the Camera Is.
Everything below is what the camera is, not what it promises. The figures are BCS Cranecamera's own.

The picture reaches the cab without a signal cable run along the jib.
- 22x Optical Zoom
Worked from a foot pedal or a remote, so the operator keeps both hands on the controls.
- Rugged
Rated from −30 to +65 °C, and built to take the rain, vibration and dust a jib gets all year.
- IP67
Sealed against dust and against immersion, in a housing meant to stay outdoors.
- Nitrogen Filled
The optics do not fog from the inside through freeze and thaw. The lens is heated.

Built Like Site Equipment, Because It Is.
A camera that lives on a jib gets rain, vibration, dust and temperature swings all year. The BCS housing is sealed to IP67 and nitrogen filled, so the optics do not fog from the inside. The lens is heated.

What does the operator actually get?
A live view of the hook and the load on a monitor in the cab, with 22x optical zoom worked from a foot pedal or remote. On a blind lift that is the difference between placing a load and guessing at radio instructions.
Will it survive a winter at height?
It is built for it: IP67 sealed, nitrogen filled so it does not fog internally through freeze and thaw, switchable lens heating, and rated from −30 to +65 °C.
Does power have to be run up the tower?
Not necessarily — there is a solar option, which avoids running a power supply up the mast.
Which cranes does it fit?
Tower, crawler, mobile, gantry, container and harbour cranes. It is priced so you can fit the whole fleet rather than argue about which machine gets one.
